If you are here it's because you have read my blog and you are ready to feel like you again. You want to lift the foggy feeling, that feeling of being unfocused and a bit (or a lot) overwhelmed? Let's get you sorted.
The balloon was a symbol of the really simple technique that I use for myself, and with all my clients, when it all feels to much. When the hamster wheel wheel feels like it's about to spin off or those metaphorical plates you are juggling are about to drop and crash on the floor.
It's the one thing we forget to do. It's the one thing that will bring immediate relief.
Don't believe me? Try it.
Watch the video and tell me you aren't feeling a little bit calmer and ready to gain further clarity. I've worked with 100s of ladies and they all say this one step has helped them, before we've done anything else.
I'm here for YOU. Take a seat. Watch the video.

So, simple yet so effective.
If you've been feeling like a tightly wound spring ready to fire at the next person who asks something of you, this technique will help you avoid bopping someone on the head, or whipping them with your razor like tongue, simply because you are so tired and so over burdened with tasks that you simply can't think straight, never mind be civil.
This technique will bring you to a calmer place and is so underestimated. Use it regularly and watch the ability to shift your perspective happen very quickly. But my lovely, this is only the beginning.
I have two further steps that are going to make you feel so much better about you, about what you've got on your plate and how you are going to manage it all. (Or sod* it, as the case may be, but we'll come to that later.)
(*Sod is my semi-polite, British way of saying f'7k!LOL#sodtheshoulds)

TWO MORE STEPS TO ACTION
Ok so the next two steps are the tools I use with all of my ladies who are facing too many tasks on their to do lists, too many demands on their time and too much going on in their heads to think straight.
Could this be you?
Step two will help you:
Feel immediately lighter. Create a sense of perspective in what is and what isn't important. Give you an opportunity to see how you manage you, in the middle of all that you have on your plate. Give you the chance to respond rather than react to what is happening to you right now, TODAY!! Make you feel more in control of what is happening around you. (Although, we can rarely be in complete control of everything, you do know that don't you?)
Step three will help you:
Get crystal clear on what is important to you daily. Decide what you are focusing on and why? Check that you are looking after you in the middle of all that you do. Show you how bloomin' marvellous you are EVERY single day! Keep you productive and focused so you get the best out of you and your time. Create some honesty around what you are not doing to help yourself, so that you can do it.
I'd love to give you access to these valuable steps that I use daily and my gorgeous clients to keep us on the straight and narrow feeling good about ourselves and clear on what's important.
Using these two simple steps, ladies have written books, gained the job of their dreams, create new businesses, fallen back in love with existing ones, improved their relationships with their partners, families, friends, but most importantly, themselves.
These tools have stopped women on that horrible cycle of forgetting about themselves and burning themselves out, which affects so many of us as we battle to get rid of the 'busy badge of honour' and replace it with a full, fun life filled with the things we want to do, not what we feel we should!
Are you ready to join me on this quiet revolution to #sodtheshoulds and take the next two steps?
If so, I'm practically giving this away, because I want you to love you and your life again.
I want you to feel calmer in your decision making, more productive and more confident about you.
