Feeling overwhelmed and want calm and clarity. Take a seat.
If you are feeling overwhelmed with the weight of all you have to do and the different roles you have to play every day, then this is for you. I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve sat with my head in my hands, crying and scared not knowing what to do and shutting everyone out for fear they’d find out how burnt out I was. Listening to Gary Vee at this point will be the worst thing that you can do. You don’t need the hustle. You don’t need to push and keep up the grind. You aren’t able to give anymore. Not yet… Not until you have some peace, some calm and some clarity, and even then who says you have to do it that way. That’s why I am here. I’m here to tell you there is a way forward. You can stop wearing the busy badge of honour. You can stop the hamster wheel. You can feel good about you again. You will take bold steps in the future but now, right now, we need to take care of you. We need to help you bounce back from these feelings of overwhelm, of lack, of resentment. Click here to find out how.
Time for you.
That was the part I missed when I burnt out in my mid/late 20s. Instead of looking after me as the signs that I wasn’t ok escalated from overwhelm to burnout, I masked it by working harder and harder and harder. All that did was made me feel less than, and exhausted. I know you feel that too. I have had 100s of women tell me that they aren’t good enough or that they aren’t coping, when in reality they are almost superhuman in all that they manage and do on a daily basis. They just couldn’t see the wood for the trees. But, I’m here to tell you there is another way. A simple, although often not easy way, to find you and to get her back in the driving seat. The confident, calm and decisive you that started to hide away and allow that ‘Mean Little Cow’ voice run the show. Now, it took me many years and lots of exploring the world of personal development to create the strategies and tools I use to help myself, and my clients, to remain out of overwhelm and in a state of positive action taking. It’s my mission to help you sod the shoulds in your life and focus on what you could be doing and make that the reality of each of your days. It’s time isn’t it? Gary Vee says you should be on every social media platform. You should work every hour god sends. You should push hard and feel the pain it takes to create the success that he has created. And that works great for Gary. However, my definition of success and yours might not be the same as Gary’s so all those shoulds may not work for you. I did all the shoulds for years gaining promotions, pushing myself to simply gain more financial success and status. It did me no good. In fact, I hit my 40s and realised I was on the way to another burnout, if I didn’t start to think and act differently. And so, I jumped the ‘corporate’ ship and dived into business on line in order to put all of my learning into practice and live success on my terms. Today, I feel more successful. I help woman feel successful and I can help you too.
If you are burning yourself out or if you’ve burnt out and are in recovery, the worst thing you can do is look at all the shoulds those ‘gurus’ and ‘experts’ are telling you to do. By buying the programmes and watching all the videos and buying all the books you are simply adding to the noise and the volume that is making your head hurt. Am I right? Sod Gary Vee. (Sorry Gary I’m sure you are a great guy!!) There will be time for all those programmes etc when we get you to a point where you are clear on what you need to move forward to look after you in the middle of all that. What you need now is time and space. What you could do right now to take action for you is take a chair here with me and I will share with you the one simple, magical step I had all along and didn’t even realise it. It’s the one thing my clients tell me helps them gain immediate calm when they are in the situation of feeling overwhelmed. Are you ready to pull up a chair? Come on then. Let’s start this journey of looking out for you. Sod the shoulds. Click this link and let’s get you clear.
