When we compare ourselves to others this can be empowering if we simply look at other people as role models, rather than focusing on what we aren't doing, having, being. yes, study how these role models achieve success in a way that feels right for YOU. Aspire to be the best version of you you can be and work out how to do this daily. Watch this video to hear more.
This final video is focused on gratitude. Gratitude is also an important antidote to Comparisonitis because it gives us a healthy perspective about who we are, what we have and how much we appreciate it right now. When Comparisonitis hits it can be a great tonic to re read a gratitude journal and see what we love about ourselves and our lives. Without this daily reminder of what is good it is easy to catch the Comparisonitis bug and start looking at everyone else's grass! Tend your own and it'll stay lush, well treated and look gorgeous!
