Any decisions you make, and the consequences thereof are your own within life or business. Under no circumstances can you hold Wood for The Trees Coaching, Michala Leyland liable for any actions that you take. You agree not to hold Wood for The Trees Coaching, or any employees of Wood for The Trees Coaching, liable for any loss or cost incurred by you, or any person related or associated with you, as a result of materials or techniques, or coaching, offered by Wood for The Trees Coaching, Michala Leyland.
The information shown on the website or expressed during sessions is intended to be general information with respect to common Life, Health, and Business issues. Information is offered in good faith - you do not have to use this information.
You shall indemnify Wood for The Trees Coaching and its associates, in the event of any such claim, including but not limited to any claims made against the Owner/Manager of Wood for The Trees Coaching, by any person related or associated with you. Nothing in the content materials shall be considered legal, financial, or actuarial advice.
Wood for The Trees Coaching with Michala Leyland, BA, PGCE, PGBD, ABC Awards Accredited Life Coach Sessions are for adults 18 or older.
Any coaching for a minor will ONLY be done with the express written consent of the minor's parent(s) or legal guardian(s), and ONLY after an initial consultation involving both the minor and the parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
Rates are guaranteed not to change with exception to "specials," unless prior written notice is given. Results are not guaranteed Wood for The Trees Coaching holds no responsibility for the actions, choices, or decisions taken or made by the client.
Diagnosing psychological or medical conditions is for trained medical professionals (Physicians and Therapists), not for a certified Life Coach.
When participating in a group setting you are agreeing to maintain confidentiality of anything said or done within the group. This includes commercially sensitive information shared.
As an individual all information given is held in the strictest of confidence. All information shared for billing or for sessions is held in strict confidence. Your personally identifiable information is never sold, traded, or given away. Use of information in marketing would be expressly asked for and consented to by you, the client.
Individual Power Hours and Success Definition Sessions -Payments for sessions should be paid at least 48 hours prior to the session.
In the event of a session cancellation prior to 24 hours of the scheduled session a new date will be organised at no extra charge. If within 24 hours of the scheduled session the full session fee will be retained and is not refundable, a new date and additional session fee will be arranged on request for additional session payment.
One to one 90 day programmes - payment made as part of programme plan paid in full, or part payment, as per sign up.

All sessions will be attended on time.
Group Coaching programmes - payment made as part of a programme plan paid in full, or part payment, as agreed.
In signing up for subscription payments for the Be Clear and Rise VIP Visionary Lounge you are agreeing to 12 monthly payments that will not be cancelled or refunded. Clients are committing to attending the sessions and classes offered and taking the actions as decided by the client.
All materials and processes delivered by Wood for the Trees Coaching are covered by Intellectual Property Rights and cannot be copied, distributed or used in any way without express consent of Michala Leyland. Failure to comply will incur legal action.
By participating with any activity on line with Wood for the Trees coaching you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
