How to live your Vision now!

How to live your Vision now!

It's not always the BIG stuff.

When I deliver my Be Clear and Rise Vision Board Workshop I talk a lot about exploring and identifying parts of your Vision you can live now. Of course the 6 figure income and working 4 hours a week are sexy talking points, but they aren’t everyone’s complete Vision of life and business.

Also, it doesn’t always take a ‘quantum leap’ or a tonne of limiting belief busting or soul searching to find that pot of gold under your nose.

Here are
some stories from VIP Visionary Lounge members and previous Workshop visionaries who beautifully demonstrate the Extraordinary in the Ordinary.

Anita - This last week,  I was feeling a bit foggy and out of alignment with my Vision so when you asked in the VIP Visionary Lounge, ‘How do I live my Vision now?’ I was in the Mean Little Cow survival brain thinking when I answered myself, ‘I don’t think I am and I can’t see how I have.’

But then as you coach, today I tapped into my
Next Level consciousness and saw the truth, hence this response…

During  a
global pandemic I have had copious amounts of quality time with my husband and toddler, whilst creating a beautiful new mission, achieving high level,  ICF accredited coaching qualifications and run my business all with a toddler on my head when nurseries closed!

I’ve shown up consistently on line and for my beautiful clients who fill my heart with joy

I started a regular Fierce Newsletter /emails and a monthly blog. I’ve networked and made connections with  some of my favourite people I've never met in person !

I’ve attended many online events!

Plus, I created a Signature programme Fierce PM Mastermind. It’s had two runs to fantastic results.

The list goes on and on and I can see just how much of my Vision I am living now and I can be so proud of my achievements and where they are taking me.

My expansion is all for the making, even with a toddler on my head! And you can do it too IF you are willing to be fierce and risky, even when you feel scared. I’m living proof.

Kirsty -My ultimate win from attending the Be Clear and Rise Vision Board Workshop has been realising what I want from my life.

Seeing my Vision board everyday next to me in the office has helped.

In  my business, it’s made me understand my call to market... and the service I provide (especially during this Pandemic).

Due to substantial growth we are about to sign the lease on our very own local Wellness Club.  This would not have been possible without a clear vision and clarity around my desires. I’ll be forever grateful to  Michala for helping me step into that energy and action.

Kate - Last night, as my partner broke off from chatting to the neighbour about DIY and embarked upon the children’s bedtime, I headed out with my phone and earphones. I passed the ‘Cairn of Hope’ local villagers set up on the village green, the children’s sports field and playground, the church, the smallholding with its gang of lambs skipping around playfully, the stables and then out into the countryside for a brisk 2km walk.

I watched the sun set as I listened to a visibility coaching session, and I didn’t see another soul (unless you count the rabbits!). After a tough day of feeling
low and lonely in running my business, I was able to put the focus back on me, my wellbeing and my mission as I joined like-minded leaders and entrepreneurs online for an utterly inspiring workshop. The knot in my stomach was gone by the time I returned home, and my energy restored.

A few years ago, I
would never have made time to step away from my desk and focus on the bigger picture. I was consumed by looking after my children, partner and clients. I was also living in a large city (an environment I knew in my heart I’d outgrown, after 18 years), craving space and tranquillity. I was beginning to feel a niggling desire to start living what I’ve recently realised was a very long standing vision.

Over the past year, with
help from people including Michala, I’ve gathered the confidence and self-belief to make difficult, courageous decisions that led to me rebranding my business (in progress!) and to us relocating to an area I never dreamed would be possible.

Of course, relocation isn’t a magic fix for all of life’s stresses. But by really examining what my dream everyday life looked like, I realised that my professional and personal limitations seemed to be inextricably linked to my surroundings.

I’m refocusing my business on helping changemakers to bring about positive change for people and planet, and I knew that I had to step into a more sustainable way of life. I needed to feel more connected to nature and, three months on, I can already feel that connection having a positive effect on everything. Thank you Michala for your part in helping me live my Vision now.

Jan - Veg...

Probably not the first thing that springs to mind when you ask, “How do you live your vision now?”

When I did Michala's Vision Board Workshop, I was really surprised at just how much greenery appeared in it.

In the top left of my vision board there's the desire to eat more proper food, freshly prepared and healthy.  As a vegetarian for a gazillion years, perhaps its not too surprising that veg appears there quite boldly.

In the bottom left of my vision board is my desire for a greener lifestyle, to be more self-sufficient, an allotment and closer to nature. I live in a house with a small yard, not even a garden to have a veggie patch!

My vision in action.

I have built on my yarden idea, herbs, veggies and a couple of trees in pots.  The season is changing, so to bring my vision to life bigger and bolder than last year I've ordered my summer/autumn veg plants and companion plants for late spring/early summer planting.  I have tomato and pepper plants on my window sill ready for potting up with some basil later in the year too.

I'll never be self-sufficient with pots of veg in a small yard and a dog that helps herself!  So, I have a seasonal veg box delivered every couple of weeks from a Cheshire farm who look after their soil and don't use chemicals and pesticides. (You can taste the difference!)

The act of growing my own brings me so much joy.  I am forever learning – I certainly don't have green fingers!

My veg box delivery taps into several key parts of my vision.  Not only do I use the freshly picked seasonal veg to prepare healthier meals, but I am buying from a local Cheshire business.  The farm operates in line with my vision of respecting nature and sustainability too. Win-win!

I love how these little actions can have a big impact, as much as some of the bigger leaps I've made this year.

Anna - I am a UK, Wirral based massage therapist and for a large part of 2020 I had to close due to the lockdown.  Just before the lockdown I had worked on my success definition and done a vision board with Michala.

Although the lockdown temporarily prevented me from doing a lot of the things on my vision, the clarity I had around what success meant for me, and how I can live my Vision now, meant I still channelled my energy well and completed a large part of my counselling qualification which was part of  my vision!

When I reopened my business I had developed some
new systems, maintained my marketing presence and was ready to hit the ground running, fully booked.

Without this support, I don’t know where I might have been.

Sam - Being a visionary to me isn't all about finding my way in business, but about finding balance and purpose in my life. It's about me getting the balance right, whilst achieving my goals.

It is family, home, work, adventure and spirituality.

I don't always get it right, but I know I am always making  progress with Michala's support, my accountability buddy behind me and no guilt when I opt to look after me.

I am suffering with my health presently- lots of appointments, blood tests and phone calls. It can be exhausting, but I am no longer feeling guilty when I have to take extra rest. I increased my cleaners by just 2 hours a month to take time for me more.

My holiday has been postponed twice now, but instead of sitting down and moaning about it I
adapted- a fantastic family holiday in Cornwall last August and, can you believe it, an activity holiday is booked for the Yorkshire Dales this year and I can't wait.

Flexible and adaptable...my dream board said travel & adventure after all.
